This book tells us the importance of mindfulness and explains why and how we should do it with meditation. I'm a meditation noob and I just can't get the hang of it. It's all in the mind. This book teaches me step by step on how to get started with meditating. I think this book is really good for people like me who're new to meditation. Really glad I bought this book!

I've always wanted to learn how to meditate and I've never quite got the hang of it. This is the first book I've found that explains in simple terms, step by step how to calm the mind and reach a mindful state of meditation. It works! I'll definitely be buying other books by Serene Genie.
